Internet Air in the afternoon

Past approximately 7pm on a daily basis the internet becomes practically unusable. Very high ping, <3mbps download. When I check congestion it says its very low to perfect. The internet will also consistently drop out every 30 minutes or so.

I also have extreme internet slowdown in the evenings.  How do you check congestion?

I'm able to check congestion by going to the advanced configuration IP on the back of the All-Fi Hub then going through the settings on there. Can't remember exactly where.

As for AT&T Help, I am working their current support schedule and have been unable to contact them, but I've tried plenty of things including connecting through ethernet and the problems still persist. It has gotten worse if anything to the point where I'm looking into switching providers.

I use the advanced configuration IP to do internet speed tests, broadband cell status, et. but I don't see an option to check for congestion.

It's under Home Network Status, then scroll down to Wi-Fi congestion.

Oh, OK.  This test is for Wi-Fi congestion.  I thought you were referring to checking broadband network internet congestion.
