my residence is indiana. on live tv, all commercials are from different states in usa. seems to change daily. can i get my ip address to stay the same every day instead of changing my location.

Yes and no....
YES, if you change to a hardwired service from your choice of available ISP.
NO, if you stay on FWA product from ATT AIR, T-Mobile or Verizon 5G Home internet as they all use CGNAT where an upstream device has the public fixed address and you receive a private IP from a pool range based upon the upstream device you connect to.
