You don't. IP Geolocation is a service provided by third parties who can't always get it right, especially when dealing with dynamically assigned public IPs on a cellular carrier's network. Call Fubo, tell them what your Internet Service is, and ask them for suggestions on how to work around their stupid dependence on IP Geolocation.
