low wi-fi strength

I moved from AT&T Internet to AT&T Internet-Air.  Because I have a 3200 sq ft house, I also purchased a booster.  Now the signal strength to the RokuHDprojector has dropped significantly. 

The booster is located at the farthest point from the hub in the house (single-story).  The RokuHDprojector is located above the garage, probably equidistant from either the hub or booster.  What could be causing the drop in signal strength?
