Probems with the internet and the equipment replacement
HI.
My name is Hayk. My account number is 287341715178, e-mail associated with this account is [email scrubbed], the business address associeated with this account is 3315 E Washington BLVD, Los Angeles, CA 90023..
It has been already three weeks I don't have an internet connection. I have called to your company 4 times and only the last time I was promised that the equipment should be replaced. Yesterday I received the new equipment without its original adapter. So my question is how I should return the old one? Without adapter? The most important question is that I don't want to pay for the service which doesn't exist. So please refund my money. In case if my problems aren't solved during this week. I will return the equipment and cancel my subscription to your "service".
