Sounds like mac filtering or otherwise your tv being blocked in smart home manager.

How do I fix this? Thanks for the reply

It's not mac filtering, TV is not on the filter list. I tried adding TV on the list made it worst. Thanks

If you are using default wifi name and pswd factory reset should take care of it. If you can easily connect to smart home app, then click on connected devices find your tv then click on details and make sure it's not paused or blocked when scrolling through the details. basically here: https://www.att.com/support/article/u-verse-high-speed-internet/KM1207642/

To troubleshoot your Samsung Smart TV's internet connection issue:

  1. Restart the TV.
  2. Verify Wi-Fi/Ethernet settings and passwords.
  3. Check router settings for restrictions.
  4. Update TV firmware if available.
  5. Reset network settings on the TV.
  6. Consider a factory reset as a last resort.

did all of those. I was with samsung tech support for 2 hours, nothing worked, so now I'm trying my luck with ATT. Thanks anyway.
