uverse via att air gw.
I currently have the old uverse VDSL gateway. I was told by an ATT rep that the ATT air gateway would pass the uverse IPTV to my home intranet. I use my home's intranet to recv IPTV by configuring the old GW for pass-through, I've not had an issue yet. When I changed GW from old to the new one my router instantly grabbed the correct new GW address, but after rebooting the principal devices (my primary router, uverse DVR and the new gateway nothing happened). I understand that I at first I will need two separate accounts (which I have established). Furthermore, I was advised that I could at a later date combine the two into a universal account with uverse, cell phones, etc. How can I confirm that the new gateway is working as it should for the uverse IPTV packets. So am I to stop the current VDSL internet service before I try to get the uverse packets successfully or not? I would assume that I could add the uverse capability after the fact but haven't yet found anyone who knows for sure how to solve this issue. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Gary
