Why is it saying i don?t have a WiFi network

Why does it say I don?t have a WiFi network when I?m WiFi is working but it won?t let me see the WiFi name and password to change it

Please start your question at the very beginning:

1) What service do you have?

2) What device did you get with that service (i.e. Gateway model number)?

3) What is "it" in the phrase "Why does it say..."?

Basically, I don't really understand the question, nor do I have enough details about your situation to be able to guess at the solution.

Yes, first I had it in another room my gateway and then I moved it to get a better signal and it had an error code on it so I called customer service and they told me to press the reset button and when I did the app stop letting  Change the Wi-Fi name and password from the AT&T Presets name and password

Okay, moved your post to the Internet Air section to help get you the right audience.

So... after having moved the "All-Fi Hub" to a new location you got an error code.  AT&T support had you reset the All-Fi Hub, which would have reset the SSID and passphrase back to the original.  So now you're trying to use the app to reset the password back to what you had it?

Is the phone connecting to the original factory SSID?

Can you get to the Gateway's Web pages at http://192.168.1.254/ ?
