Att air and no internet connection

I have spoke to 4 reps already with no solution. I upgraded to AIR. Went through setup and it continues to say no internet connection.  Has a great signal and download speeds. Went through numerous of steps with the reps and no one can seem to solve this. How can I fix this?

Because the device does a speed check and shows it on the front of the hub. I can not check it myself. The Hub checks it as it turns on and displays it on the front.

Did you do a hard reset as indicated in other threads in this forum area?

1. Unplug the old Internet modem so that the service was disconnected.

2. Do a hard reset of the Air router by holding down the red button on the back for 10+ seconds.

I have spent hours on the phone with several different reps. Hard resets, connecting on several devices in the home etc. They say it is on their end but have no time frame of when it may be fixed. The reps I speak with has very little knowledge of anything to do with their service. It is ridiculous the amount of hours I have been on the phone with them and they do not have a clue on how to correct this.

I’m having the very same issue. Did they ever resolve your issue?  I’m about ready to box it up, cancel and send it back.

They have not. I have done decided that if it isn't resolved by wed I am shipping back. I have spent so much time on the phone with them and they have no answer nor a time line on when it will be fixed. They said multiple users are having this issue but they do not know how to resolve it

Upload was to. I finally sent it back, they never got it working nor refunded me what I paid. When dropping it off at UPS, they said they get these hubs in , several a day, to ship back because they can't seem to get it to work in the area I am in.

I received my AT&T air… logged on to the internet with my phone but… no set up instructions except the home manager which can’t connect to the internet and will not let me change the internet connection information BECAUSE CANNOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET!!! 🤬 How are you supposed to get decent help when it comes with no instructions and they want you to call a number that is not available but certain hours & THEY KNOW NOTHING!!! most agents just read prompts and put you on hold for no reason! How am I supposed to use this “air”?
