Internet Air for Business
I need to know my correct Internet IP Address and confirm if port 8000 is open for incoming traffic so that I can access my camera remotely.
I get different IP from WhatIsMyIP.com as compare to what I see in the Router Status Page.

I have called this and several other numbers, spent over 7 hours but still did not speak to the right department (Internet Air for Business Tech Support). I am trying this community forum to if someone can connect me directly to the department who can help open port for me.

Internet AIR for business is a new release product, none here has any experience other than what can find on the websites.
Residential Internet AIR is FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) using an upstream device that receives the public IP address and then assigns private IP addresses from a pool of addresses, using CGNAT the private IP does change over time… thus not a specific IP address.
Not sure if ATT Business is following Verizon method or not.
Verizon residential is similar CGNAT but their more expensive business 5G FWA can have a block of static IPs for a one time charge of $500.
Verizon has about 3.4 million FWA subscribers with about a third being business accounts. In comparison end of 1st Quarter 2024 ATT new FWA has 200,000+ residential subscribers and the business was released in March 2024.
