Address to return equipment

I called U-Verse to cancel their service + home phone which I never used + internet service as of Jan 1st. I have repeated that 3x, written them twice, sent emails and text, each time they promise they will send the letter with the magical number and the UPS boxes so I can return the equipment but nothing. When they respond to a text or email, I'm told they can't find a "call" record; when I call, they state they can't find a "email" record. Still no boxes or number or an address to return their junk. BUT they sure like to continue sending me bills and harassing phone calls for $2,000 of service as of Jan 1st that I never used. They acknowledged they turned the service off in January. What is going on?? Meanwhile, I ordered 2 tablets and they don't work well, if at all. I was 15 days late paying on them so they are demanding full payment for them. Are you kidding me? Again, they will not supply an address for me to return them, keep charging for a phone number & data plan on them even though I don't use those services. ANYONE have an address so I can return the tablets and the U-verse equipment? Apparently AT&T doesn't know. Thank you.

Call a UPS store and verify if they return the equipment. I took my tv equipment to them with my account number and they boxed and shipped it all. Keep the receipt. Within 3 days I had a text message verifying the equipment was returned to ATT. login to your account and see if it has been cancelled as well.

I need to return the uverse equipment to AT&T but cannot find an address anywhere. I don't have the funds right now to go to UPS and have them mail the equipment. Anybody have an address for me?

What is the ACTUAL address to return an ATT router?  I live in a small town and the place that ships here is not an "official" UPS store...its just a pick up spot for UPS.  They do not generate return labels for ATT. They told me to make my own labels and they will ship it.   Please advise.

@imajwru  When you called to cancel, did you let them know that there was NO UPS or FedEx within 10 miles?

I did not cancel my service. Just switched to a  different router.   I just got off the phone with ATT they "said" they will email me the shipping labels.  Will see.....

If you were sent a replacement gateway by att, look inside the box it came in. There should be return labels in the box. That’s been my experience when getting shipped a replacement gateway.

Nothing in the box now....there could have been when I first got it--years ago. I still have the box and all the connectors...but the label is not in there.  Thank you

Sounds like you bought a device to replace your gateway. What model gateway did you have from att? What att service do you have? What “different router” did you install?
