Trying to Contact a Third Party Contractor

I have attempted to contact Risk Management and the Buried line service of AT&T looking to get a good contact number for Hatch Construction. Since filing my claim and being pushed through to Hatch, I have since been ghosted. Does anyone have a number for them?

Internet going down everyday, all day for over a week

Is it possible to have the policy adjusted so I can access my home router's advanced settings over the WAN?

I just received a new router and was pretty excited to try out the new app until I tried using it. In theory, it's a great idea and I can understand why the default policy is to only allow access to advanced settings while connected to the local LAN, however, that limitation seriously limits the use

can't load websites from computer

no matter which browser I use, I can't load websites because they time out. I've reset my modem and router, shut off the firewall, but nothing works. I am able to get all of my emails. but not websites.

Damaged AT&T utility box in yard with exposed wires and no cover

We do have an AT&T account, however there is an old broken box in our yard that is damaged. The cover is off and exposed wires are hanging out everywhere. I can't get a hold of anyone at AT&T by calling and the box needs to be repaired or removed. Can someone please help m
