All services reset intermittently

I have a 3801HGV with U-verse 18M and TV services and what I have noticed is that the 2wire gateway resets completely.

I can see that the 'Time Since Last Boot' resets as this happens and all lights drop off the moden and then the red light flashes as it resyncs with the network.

It is has DLS level of 8.4.D and has a hardware version of 000778-004 and software version 6.11.1.29-enh.tm.

Wondering if there is anything further I can do to check this or if it is a infrastructure or modem issue. There seems to be no trigger point and it happens at completely random times. The last time was earlier this morning whilst everyone was asleep and the TV was off, so very little traffic.
