AT&T Broke the internet and just keeps missing appointments with no Resolution

On June 5th, 2024, there were construction crews outside working, and they left the AT&T cables out and disconnected on the grass.  Our internet is down as a result.  Over the span of 3 weeks, AT&T keeps scheduling technician appointments and missing them with no phone calls, no notice of anything.  Customer Service is offering ZERO resolutions or answers other than scheduling another appointment.
