ATT Easement contact needed

Hello, I am in need of contact information for the ATT easement that run on the property in CT. I have tried other avenues but unable to get any contact that are able to help. I need a contact information with a person who has authority and knowledge to discuss an existing underground easement (i believe it is fiberoptics).

Who is your local telco provider, Frontier or Verizon?

The government broke up MA BELL in 1984, if the easement is before 1984 recommend reaching out to the local company as that is who likely has the easement.

Frontier Communications would have control of SNET or Southern New England Telephone which they purchased in 2014.

On October 24, 2014Frontier Communicationscompleted its purchase of AT&T's Connecticut operations, including Southern New England Telephone and SNET America, for $2 billion. The company began doing business as Frontier Communications of Connecticut.

The easement is with ATT, so Frontier is not going to help. i hope to find a contact within ATT real estate department that are able to help with specific easement question.

 Zip Code?

Have you sought out the government office that controls easement in your area, generally the county property office that has tax information.

Cell tower wiring? ATT sold off all their cell towers, most(9100+) in 2013 to Crown Castle and balance (1000+) in 2019 to Peppertree Capital.

Local telco wiring? Would become the property of Frontier, if your in an area that is now Frontier.

The ATT Incorporated did not exist before 2005, when SBC purchased ATT Corporation (business / long distance) and created what is today AT&T Inc.

The most recent survey lists it as an "easement for underground cable in favor of AT&T". It was originally an easement fir American Telephone and Telegraph Company.

What you don't seem to understand is that even if AT&T filed for the easement and they are the only utility in it, if they sold the area to another carrier, that's who now owns it. Just like selling a car.

It could be an easement for fiber passing through Connecticut that AT&T still owns, or it could be one that would have been conveyed to Frontier.  We'd just be guessing and AT&T could look and find out if they still have any interest in the location.  Frontier could look, too.  If I were @ed0902  I'd be trying to talk to both AT&T and Frontier simultaneously.

Yes, I believe it is a fiber optic cable that AT&T still owns (AT&T comes out when 811 is called). I am just trying to get a contact information of someone who I can talk to within AT&T.
