ATT manhole cover in my front yard.

Hi,

An ATT cable manhole is in the corner of my front yard, and the plastic manhole cover is very unstable and is not secured down.

My property is a corner lot, so there are quite a few people passing by, but when people step on the manhole cover, there seems to be a risk of falling and getting injury. I need it locked down for safety of my neighbors. Who do I call for help?

I am looking forward to hearing your reply and If you need a picture, I can take a picture and send it to you.

In the meantime, if you could take a picture of the manhole cover, that will help a lot.

Hi. I also have a problem with the manhole cover. In the last few days of rain, the street became flooded and somehow the cover has disappeared and the hole is exposed.
what should I do?
