At&t U-verse broadband 1 and 2 blinking red - Help?

Everything was fine until this morning when we noticed that the WiFi was not working and broadband 1 was blinking. We tried everything from unplugging to resetting and we even scheduled an appointment for a technician to come check it tomorrow evening after the customer service did not help. After I did a factory reset and untangled the wires broadband 1 and 2 started flashing red at the same time! The power is green and so is the wireless but the wireless does blink a couple of times. This hasn't happened before. I've tried multiple solutions on other forums but none worked, and the factory reset made both broadbands blink. Everything is plugged in and there is no power outage or construction work going on nearby. Please help!
