Blink Sync Module 2

I can't change my Blink Sync Module 2 Wi-Fi to my new At&t   Wi-Fi. I have a Gateway router. I changed the password to a simple number, letter combination. I added a guest network and tried connecting to it.  no luck. I separated the 5Mhz from the 2 Mhz, still no luck. I keep getting the error, wrong password on the module. What am I missing?
