Box in yard damaged and needs to be replaced
I had a cave-in in my front yard from a leak in the city drainage. The city fixed the cave-in and leak but the AT&T box in the ground near where it happened is deformed and broken from the ground shifting. The cover is also broken and no longer fits properly since the underground part of the box was deformed and I'm worried it could be a safety hazard if/when someone steps on it and it breaks. Can AT&T come out to replace it?... and preferably with a smaller one? I noticed it's much too large for the amount of wires inside it.

See the post directly above yours on this two year old topic. Things change that's why it's discouraged to tag on to an old topic. This link is what is currently being use by AT&T to report these issues. Would someone close this topic please.

I am a property manager overseeing multiple properties, one of which is situated at Wells Creek West (Preserves) in Jacksonville. At this location, there are multiple AT&T boxes positioned within the easements of the front yards. These boxes have lids that are not functioning properly, some even broken. Additionally, I manage the community pool located at 13915 Brookwater Drive, Jacksonville, FL, 32256. Please feel free to reach out to me at (Edited to remove personal information) or (Edited to remove personal information).
