Broadband 1 and 2 blinking

We had a power outage at 4pm and its now 10:21, broadband 1 and 2 are still blinking red. Ive tried restarting it, pulling the cable out of the box and out of the wall and still nothing. What else can i do at home to fix this?

If you've unplugged your gateway for 30 seconds and reconnected with no change, you'll need a tech. Perhaps whatever knocked out power also damage the connection between your neighborhood VRAD and your home. Call 800.288.2020 and prepare for a long wait on hold.

My internet has gone out everyday for the past three months. Techs need to replace all the old wiring from the street source but don’t want to. I’ve received like $30 dollars for this. Worst ever I cannot believe they would just pay me nothing for the countless hrs I’ve had to be home for techs to be too lazy or unprepared for the job they need to do. 20 techs, 2 modem changes, two new internet cords later and a waste of 80hrs I should at least get minimum wage for every hr I’ve been here explaining to every tech and calling for repairs.  One tech said to drop atnt all together
