Broken Junction Box (FIBER) - When will this be taken seriously
This has been broken for almost a year, and I have now reported it multiple times. Someone came out once, painted some orange marks, and then left. That was 6 months ago. This is a safety issue. Its in a public swale that cars tend to park and drive on.

That box is not meant to be driven over or parked on, and replacing it with one that is might be an issue of decent size for the local manager. If you've logged your complaints with the buried wire center, then you've done about all you can do within the system. You can try your local public utility commission, or an FCC complaint, but I don't know that either of those will get you very far.
