Changing Address - have not received router

Hi, I completed the form to change my address and today i received cables to self-install my equipment at home. However, I was asked by email to return my router and I have not received a new one from At&t. What should I do?

Normally when you transfer locations, you keep your Gateway for the new location.  It's also not uncommon for AT&T's system to [mistakenly] request you return equipment that you need at the new location.  If you haven't already returned it, do not do so; hook it up in the new location.

This assumes that your current equipment is suitable for the new location.  It may not be.  What is in your kit, and what kind of Gateway do you have for your old service?
