Charge for Repair/Replace defective ATT wifi router?
Called in yesterday bc even though there’s power, there are no lights on ATT DSL wifi router. They’re sending serviceman out in the morning at 8am. Today is Sunday and I can’t reach them (by phone or chat) to ask if there’s a charge. I would think since it’s THEIR equipment there would be no charge, but is there?

No charge for diagnosing / replacing defective equipment.
