Can you please help me? I just re- signed up for Netflix today. I’m trying to watch Netflix on my smart tv but it is telling me...

Access point of wireless LAN is not found.

It was working fine when I first got the tv Years ago. My computer is fine...

OK, what poor knowledge. I have been trying to connect ROKU for a week. Talked to ROKU, and ATT several times. Many times.

The Roku only worked at night.

I finally checked settings myself. The passwords for 2.4 ghz and 5.0 ghz were different. I changed the 2.4 password to same as 5.0 password and works fine.

My guess is home inet drops to 2.4 at some point in evening.

Why Tech set up 2 different passwords is beyond me, and apparently.

this gobbledegook is USELESS;

i’m looking for a way to add an IP address for my wired internet-capable DVD player;

the network sees sees the device but will not load up an IP address for it;

yes, i’ve disconnected all the cables and done a reboot;

the setup did work at one time, create an IP addresss automatically;

Just moved into a apt. with community att fiber?  can't find out how to connect to it.  I transferred my service from my old apt. so I should be able to use the wifi at least.  the att tech said something about a master hub for the apt., but I don't know what that is and I couldn't find it.  Please help.

Hey @s141965, we understand you would like to get your service active, we’re glad to help & let’s walk you through the right path.

We recommend you to check on AT&T Connected Communities.

Your property manager can provide more detailed move in instructions.

  1. You can use the Ethernet connection in your location or hop on the Wi-Fi® network.
  2. Look for the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password on the sticker on your AT&T gateway.
  3. Open an internet browser and navigate to the ordering portal as per the move in instructions provided by your property manager.
  4. Select your AT&T Internet℠ plan that is offered. You'll be offered the fastest speed available for your location.
  5. If you want to bundle with TV, add an AT&T TV℠ package, which offers live TV and on-demand programs. Learn about AT&T TV packages
  6. Wait for emailed instructions on registration.
  7. Register your account and accept terms & conditions. You’re connected!!
