Damaged AT&T utility box in yard with exposed wires and no cover

We do have an AT&T account, however there is an old broken box in our yard that is damaged.  The cover is off and exposed wires are hanging out everywhere.   I can't get a hold of anyone at AT&T by calling and the box needs to be repaired or removed.  Can someone please help me with this issue?

I have a very similar issue with a damaged utility box on the pole in my front yard. I've called that exact number several times and gotten nothing and no where with it.

The automated system is hot garbage and doesn't understand what I'm trying to report at all. First time I called I was told that I'd receive a call back since the wait time was very long. That never happened.

I've called like 3 or 4 more times and have gotten nothing more than "we can reboot your internet connection..." Cool story. That's not what I asked for in the slightest.

I guess AT&T doesn't give a crap about the equipment they install to provide internet service to the neighborhood I live in. Clearly, there's no worse customer service than AT&T on the entire planet.

@alyssaWAF

The OP had buried services, your reporting a box on a pole, Pic would be nice along with zip code.

If your service is an aerial drop from pole, call 800-288-2020 to report low hanging wiring.

If you have att services be it landline, dsl or fiber you call tech support and they'll send tech to inspect exposed wires and take it from there. Reason being that tech will deal with it without messing your existing connection since its under his purview.

If you don't have att service you they'll need to transfer you to Line Down Group and that department will usually have someone swing by and inspect it within 3 to 5 days.
