Extremely slow DSL every time it rains.

We have a 3mbps AT&T DSL plan and for the past week and a half we have been getting anywhere from 0.2mbps to 1.1mbps every time it rains.  I've checked our line inside the home as well as the modem and router and can't find any issues there.  We've had this happen several times in the past and each time we were told that something was either exposed to the elements or flooded.

Is it possible to still get help from an AT&T rep through these forums or do I need to call AT&T direct now?  The last time we had issues we were able to get everything taken care of here and get a tech sent out.

Thanks ApexRon,

ATTDSLCare is the person that helped us out last time and he was a great help.  I already sent him a PM before posting just in case. 🙂
