For the 2Wire 3801HGV gateway, 6.11.1.29-enh.tm is the lastest firmware available to the customer base.

Software can vary by market and rollout releases.
Perform a factory reset of RG depressing the button next to power plug till all lights go out with only blinking green power... Release... the RG will load the latest software it is enabled for based on market and serial number.

If you're using an AT&T gateway, you should already be on the most current firmware. AT&T updates all of the gateways. You are most likely using the firmware that is current. If in the future there is another firmware updating rolling out and it just released in your area, you can follow the instructions provided above by employee my thoughts.

So we are all using routers whose firmware hasn't been updated since 2015? Is AT&T concerned that this represents potentially massive exposure to their infrastructure?
