Fixed wireless has seemed to get slower after the bill increased?

My bill went up $10 without notification of increase and seems that it has slowed. My router auto reboots about once per day, usually at night around 1:00 a.m. though it has auto rebooted in the afternoon. I have a wireless extender on the system to that also seems to not work as well due to a seemingly slower speed.

The 5268AC seems to have gotten an issue in a recent firmware update where it reboots about every 25 hours.  That probably explains that problem.

The price increase is probably either:

1) Expiration of a monthly discount of $10, most likely a 'free Gateway' discount, or

2) A price increase, which normally happen about this time each year.

I would advise you to compare this months bill to last month's bill to see exactly where the $10 difference is.  If your monthly service line item did go up $10/month, then you might look more closely at last month's bill to see if there was a notice that you overlooked.

A recent firmware update issue? For the last 2 months?Any idea when this will be fixed? I'm not very happy with losing speed as the bill increased.

The two are most likely related by circumstance, you understand.

What speed are you getting?

What speed were you getting?

Did you see why the bill increased?
