Fixed Wireless sudden increased latency

Back in October when I first got ATT fixed wireless my latency was in the 40ms range in ipv4. After 2 weeks I had called an complained about nat restrictions online, after trying a few times a tech said she fixed it and it won't happen again. Shockingly she was correct, I could still use my voice chat on PS4 but, now my latency is in the high 60ms's and 70ms's. My Ipv6 is even worse, it ranges in 120ms to 140ms. I have disabled ipv6 for the time being but, could anyone suggest what I can do?? I have ran a traceroute and it doesn't start getting bad till the 8th hop on both ipv4 and ipv6. That pretty much rules out my equipment.

I used at&t speed test. You cannot change anything and I mean anything on a fixed wireless gateway. It has been stripped of useful settings.
