How can I get Uverse service to respond?

I have been a uverse customer for years and our internet has never worked properly.  We have techs here at least monthly and no one can fix the problem.  Recently, after 3 cancelled appointments, a tech came Monday but was unable to complete reconnection.  Josh, the Key West supervisor was supposed to call me when service was to be restored.  I have called him several times but he ignores my calls.  I have escalated the complaint and Jeremy has asked Josh to update me but no answer.  Supposedly Jeremy escalted after that and scheduled an appointment today between 1 and 4.  It's after 4 and no tech has come.  We have been without internet and telephone since Monday.  Service is ABOMINABLE!!!!!  I am totally out of patience.  I have spent a fortune in extra data charges on my iphone and ipad.  PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Click on the hyperlink in my signature for AT&T Customer Care.  They are an escalation team that is higher than regular Customer Support, who can help you get this issue resolved.  Send them a PM with your info and your issue and someone will be in touch with you.  Watch the little blue envelope for message notification as they will contact you via PM as well.

I know this is years old, but I have had a horrible time with ATT and thank you for posting this. I wrote them through this messaging center. Hopefully it works.

Nope, it didn't. Sorry.

Lots of calls and escalation through management finally helped a bit.
