internet adsl or landline
This is the fourth time Att disconnects my modem/Gateway in a period of 1 year
I have had adsl and they have converted into Uverse which to me is inexact as
I have my internet connection via landline.
Every time att works on their boxes in the area I get disconnected and have no internet
I am paying a lot with no service
Now they refuse to check my landline from the area box to the house
I have power at the house so it is not the fault of fpl
Can anyone help because I am not fiddling again with the gateway/modem

What gateway do you have?
The lights being displayed by the gateway?
Is ATT Fiber available for your address, if yes, that would be a reason not to send someone to check your line.

No fiber available in my area
I have a modem from att connected to the landlines
Before att changing the system from adsl to uverse
It was working more or less
The issue here is the landlines when att works on their box
In the area and my modem is disconnected
The other issue is the att box connection outside the house that has issues because is inground
I have tried several times to explain the issues to att but they don't want to hear them
I am paying an awful amount and the internet access is failing all the time
I am desperate with these issues
