Internet connected to all devices, except one
I have ATT wireless connection on 6+ devices in my home and all connect fine. My desktop (being the 7th device) will not connect to my wireless network. I’ve troubleshooted everything I can think of—- any suggestions to why 6 other devices will work but not the 7th?

Good afternoon @LaurShee!
I understand your concerns with your device not connecting to the internet. Being able to use my Wi-Fi on all of my devices helps keep my data usage down, so I want to make sure we can get this issue fixed for you.
There could be a few reasons why there are problems with connecting the device to your network. It is possible the ports on the gateway need to be reset. As simple as it sounds, unplugging your router for 30 seconds and plugging it back can revert those settings.
Another step you can take is removing non connected devices. While you may have 6 active devices currently attached to your Wi-Fi, there may be more, which have been connected in the past. Those old, non-connected devices could be bogging down your system, not allowing the desktop to attach. You can head to the Access Control Panel by locating the IP on the side of the modem. If there is a password required, it will be located on your modem as well. You can find the steps to remove those old devices here.
If the basic troubleshooting does not work, more specific troubleshooting will be the next step. Our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool is perfect for this. It will have step by step walk-throughs. If you log in, you will have a more personalized experience.
Let me know if you need any additional assistance. Thank you!
