Has anyone had issues with internet outages? My Internet has been out 6 of the 7 days this week. I call and they keep telling me there's an outage. This has been going on for 2 months

yes and website wont let me report an issue via repair order....have gotten someone on the phone but that was reported a week and half ago...all he said was there's an outage...well duh!!!!
