Modem won’t turn on after power outage

Had a power outage about a week ago. Power was out for 24 hours. When I came back home the modem was not on. No lights are present but the battery is green. Changed outlets still not coming on. When you plug it back in the orange lights pop on in the back but they go right out. It isn’t responding at all. Do I need a new modem or is there something I can do to fix it?
