That’s a supported gateway.   A replacement would just be another used one.  Have you performed a factory reset yet?

Hello, @rvasmb!

We're here to help with your internet speeds.

We have some helpful information for you to look over to troubleshoot your internet:

  • We suggest rebooting your gateway as this can correct any settings that may be causing the slow speeds.
  • Have you used the Smart Home Manager app to check for any weak Wi-Fi areas in your residence? It could be that your Wi-Fi coverage is not strong enough to support devices at certain distances.
  • By viewing the section titled Wi-Fi we have two sections for troubleshooting the 2WIRE/Pace brands and the Motorola brand of gateways we offer.

Let us know these help!

Hello, what kind of internet do you have? The BGW210 is most commonly used with copper DSL internet services so I'm assuming that's what you have. They can be used with fiber services as well but would require an ONT. If you have copper DSL there could be some interference on your service line that would require a tech visit to troubleshoot. If you have fiber and are using the wall mounted ONT, then the ONT could be faulty. The BGW210 is ATT's current model that we use today and while that could be the possible cause, it's not a common issue.
