NVG510 Random Disconnections

Okay, this problem has been goig on for about 3 months now.  My bottom green light will suddenly go out and then reconnect in about 1-2 minutes.  It happens mainly when we are playing XboxOne and in particulary a lot when playing Warframe. It will also disconnect when surfin the web, watching netflix, andjust randomly and multiple times throughout the day/night/whenever.  I have had 3 different gateways put in.  Had multiple techs come out and check all the lines and surrounding infrastructure (they all say everything is perfect).  I have tried running wired connections, wireless connections, different power/phone outlets in the house, tried port forwarding, a forum said diable the IPV6 and it might help, which I did and it didn't.  Turned off wifi and bridged in a router and that didn't help.  Updated the firmware.  Techs say they have no idea what the problem could be.  UVerse has worked here no problem for 3 years until this started up.  Please help.  Much needed here.
