Password Reset Tool demanding I install software

And it's software that I have successfully installed, but apparently the tool refuses to recognize/discover it and proceed with the reset. I didn't have to use the PRT last time me and my mother acquired service from you... Can a manager come help? I was told to use connecTech but all that does is force me to download a html page which doesn't go anywhere... I can't access our freshly installed FADSL because of this tool demanding a software download that I have done multiple times, repaired, uninstalled, reinstalled with zero success. HELP.

A little off-topic, but I find it quite saddening to know that CMs can post useless trivia, but can't direct people to proper resources for their issue. I apologize if I came across as rude, but it had to be said.
