Permission to move fence line in a Public Utility Easement

Hello,

I need the contact/email for the department that grants permission to move my fence lines on my personal property.  My lot is a corner lot with a PUE.

My property is in the City of West Sacramento, in the county of Yolo.

Thank you

Trish

Thank you for your response. Per City of West Sacramento ALL UTILITY companies must grant me permission due to the Public Utility Easement on my property.  I have received permission letters from PG&E and WAVE Cable, just need AT&T's permission. They City will not grant me permission of my Encroachment License Agreement without this.

Release of easement California Yolo county. These forms are made available to you by your local governing authority, not from AT&T. As stated by @Constructive Make sure you call your "call before digging" number prior to any digging, you cut it you pay for it.

@trishrojo  - Hi, we live in West Sacramento and are doing the same thing.  We are a corner lot too and wanting to move the fence line on personal property with a PUE. Did you ever get a contact for AT&T and PGE?

The answer is within this year-old topic. If it's no longer good please open your own topic and give us your location, NOT your complete address or any other personal information.
