PS4 NAT 1 on Fiber Arris BGW210-700
Hello,
I recently got Fiber (300 mbps) and received the Arris BGW210-700 router. I've used Port Forwarding with my PS4 connection, but my download speeds are half of I should get and my upload is terrible (1-2 mbps). I read that to get a NAT 1 or DMZ I would need a static IP. I called support and they told me that I'd need a technician to do so. Is this correct? I don't see options under the gateway page but it seems odd I can't do it via the gateway.
