Red blinking broadband 1 & 2 lights
My broadband 1 & 2 lights are blinking red. I’ve tried everything the att app told me to and they are still blinking red. Need help ASAP!! Anyone have any suggestions on what to do.

If, after pulling the plug for 15 secs. and attempting to reboot the gateway after that, the boradband light(s) are still blinking red there is probably some kind of circuit error. Call tech support. Let them check the line from their end and go from there.
