Removing old ATT Equipment for Disconnected Business Service
We have an old fiber switch (Ceina) and 2 post equipment rack including the fiber drop and backup power supply from a previous ATT fiber connection that is no longer in use, and we want to remove this equipment. I have tried contacting ATT at multiple phone numbers and no one is able to direct me to the correct place to have this removed. We do not want it in our server room anymore. I have AT&T Digital Equipment Tracking (DET) and Electronic Equipment Enclosure (EEE) numbers associated with this equipment.
