Return ATNT equipment

I have returned the device to ATNT via UPS on March 27th. But I received an email saying that my device has not been returned to ATNT for a month.

Call AT&T. Have your receipt from UPS available. If needed check with UPS as possible later shipment since they normally do a bulk return for AT&T instead of individual shipments (if you didn't have a separate box and shipping label).
