Router downtime on MyHomeManager app

How to I schedule downtime on the MyHome app for the router?  I already know how to schedule downtime for individual devices.  I want downtime for my wi-fi gateway router.  Thanks.

I know of no way to schedule a downtime for the Wi-Fi as a whole.  If that is a requirement you have, you'll have to get a third-party device, connect it through the Gateway and disable the Wi-Fi on the Gateway.

Hi @Josephbuitran

Thanks for reaching out to us. We get that you're trying to turn off your Wi-Fi gateway from the Smart
Home Manager app. We're here to help you.

At the moment there's no way to turn off the gateway from the application.

Here are few steps to pause the internet for certain duration.

1. Open the Smart Home Manager app.

2. Tap Profiles & devices and choose a profile to pause.

3. Pause Internet and select a pause duration.

4. When you're ready to grant access again, choose Resume Wi-Fi

Let us know how it goes.

For further assistance we're here to assist you.

Thank you for contacting AT&T Community & Forums!

Thank you Maria at ATTHelp.

Please forward my request below to the Smart Home Manager app development team:

— Add a 6 or 8 hour pause duration option (a full night's sleep period).  Right now, there is nothing between the available 2 and 24 hour options, which is a huge jump.

Thanks!
