SLINGBOX 350

i recently purchased a slingbox 350- i got it all hooked up and got on my laptop to set the slingbox up. i went to the (watch.slingbox.com) website and it began searching for my box. it foung my box and asked for my country and zip code. i provided the information and it immediatley began configuring, after a split second it disconnected from my home network on the screen where it requests my cable provider information and gave me a W202 error code. it has done this 7 times in a row at the exact same time. ive tried hard resets on everything and ive officialy hit a wall. does anybody know what i need to do? my router is a NVG589

Is that a slingbox error message?? Do they have support?? Contact slingbox.
