Super Bowl LIII Sunday and no internet!

Super bowl Sunday and my router is blinking all red arrows. AT&T says they will happily help on Tue. I need to switch out the router. Can anyone help? It’s always the same thing. A couple AT&T repair guys live in the neighborhood and I would think they have new router boxes in their vans. I can order a pizza on Super Bowl Sunday but can’t watch TV?

Get thee to a Wal-mart and get an antenna.  I always keep an antenna connected to my TV for unfortunate outages.  Can you record?  Can you pause?  No but you won't have to miss the game.

Have you tried unplugging your gateway, waiting a minute and then plugging it back in?

Yes, disappointing service. They don’t get it.

I unplugged for 10 sec, 1 min, 20 minutes, pushed the red reset button, pushed and held the front reset button, unplugged the phone wires, everything. Powers up and all red lights. A friend called who is enjoying his Spectrum TV service, and said his wife read that AT&T service is out in my Hollister, CA area. It may be true that my friends can tell me more than the 24 hour help line can at 2am this morning when I tried again to get help.
