Verizon Wireless Network Extender with 5268AC Router

I've connected by Verizon Wireless Network Extender (made by Samsung, model SCS-2U01) to my AT&T U-Verse 5268AC router via Ethernet cable.   But the Extender isn't able to connect to the internet.

Verizon's support pages for this device aren't helping.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Thank you for the quick response!  But my WiFi is fine.  The device I'm trying to connect is an extender for Verizon Cellular service.  I'm sorry if I didn't describe it properly.

My home has turned into a dead zone for cell phone service (phone calls not using WiFi).

Thanks again!

The device seems to be 3G wireless only, does your phone support 3G

The video from youtube was found online.

Suggests turning LTE setting off on your phone (no 4G LTE)

another video saying need to call Verizon to have device activated from 2016 https://youtu.be/3HPwEImyN7c

Thanks again for the suggestions.  I think this device is just too old.  I'll return it to Verizon and replace with something newer.
