Why can't I get more equipment
- "I only got one piece of equipment. Plus, I had to return the other gateway modem or I'll have to pay the fees. ATT only lets Me use one Modem unless I have another place to put it in. "

I understand if you have a large home or property, you may have problems getting a good signal all over. Every company that I have ever been with had 1 gateway/router per internet account. If I wanted another one, (like another box for a tv), it cost extra, usually an extra internet service. My order internet specifically stated one gateway included with service. If you’re needing to have a farther signal, have you tried a booster or signal extender? I hope this helps.
