WiFi outage

My internet went out at 1:44 pm yesterday, AT&T said there was an outage in the area and it would be back up at 12 midnight, I checked the map it wasn’t a large area of outage so I figured it would come back sooner, I was sadly mistaken, 12 am comes and go and they change it to 3 am, that comes and goes and then they said 6 am, it is now 6:19 and they changed it again to it’s going to be another 24 hours, that’s crazy. I have twin sons with Autism and this is very stressful for them, they can’t watch tv or use any of their devices, I told them AT&T said it would be back up when they got up the next morning so that helped a little, but now I know that was a lie to just keep people from calling and asking questions, who knows when it will be back on I don’t believe anything they say. I have had nothing but problems with my WiFi since starting with AT&T, weak signals, service going out all the time. I’m going to look elsewhere for my internet, this is absolutely ridiculous.
