Since DST (3/10/2024), the time on my hub is incorrect. I live in AZ and the time is one hour ahead. I have reset the hub and that did not fix the issue. Any suggestions?
We understand that your All-Fi hub is not showing the correct time. Let's get the assistance you require.
We recommend trying a factory reset, this may help force the hardware to check for updates. Make sure to write down your custom setting, like your static IP address, if you have one, or Wi-Fi network name (SSID), as these will also be reset.
To reset the clock on your Internet base unit, you can follow these steps:
Press and hold the "Mode" button on the back of the unit until the "SETUP" screen appears.
Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the "Clock" option and press "Enter".
Use the arrow buttons to select "Time Zone" and press "Enter".
Use the arrow buttons to select your time zone and press "Enter".
Use the arrow buttons to adjust the hour and minute to the correct time and press "Enter" to save.
If the clock is still displaying the incorrect time after following these steps, you may need to check if the unit is connected to the internet and has the correct time zone settings.
The original code for the AT&T Internet Air device was designed for in-region fiber and DSL, whose user locations did not have exceptions for DST (Arizona has an exception for DST).
It was supposed to be updated to use the time infromation from the cellular connection, but that may not have happened properly.

I don't know if it's that it doesn't realize that it's in Arizona, or if they don't realize that Arizona doesn't do DST.
The clock seems to be an afterthought, that wasn't completely "thought."
