ATT hotspot Static IP or DNS for Business hotspot?
I'm looking to get a static IP for my ATT Business hotspot. This is for purposes of accessing a network in a remote work location through VPN. I have been on the phone several times today and getting several different answers. I have even been directed to the ATT store to purchase an IP and was met with blank stares. They tried looking it up and in their words "had no utilities to give me an IP".
There are several posts and successes but they all seem very unique in achieving this service. I've linked one below. Does anyone have specific instructions on how to obtain a static IP for an ATT Business hotspot?

OK I think I got through finally.
18003310500 to call the ATT Business Support and they will need to connect you to BMIOT Help Desk. That or issue you a PIN to connect with BMIOT Help Desk. Once I finally got routed there the first person I talked to was able to help me out.
